Granny Smith apples
peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
vanilla ice cream

Instructions
Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and softened butter together in a small bowl. Stir in pecans and set aside.
Place peeled, cored, and thinly sliced apples in a 6-inch mini skillet or cake pan.
Sprinkle topping over apples.
Bake in a preheated 375°F. oven until golden brown and bubbling, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and two spoons.
Notes
If you don’t like pecans, just leave them out or substitute almonds or walnuts.
To make vegan, substitute coconut oil or vegan margarine.
