Do you ever crave something sweet and delicious, but you don’t want to eat an entire dessert by yourself? is the perfect dessert any time of the year! And look how cute this mini cast iron skillet is!! Who can pass up an Apple Crisp for Two that is this adorable??

We start by using one of my favorite kitchen tools, the apple peeler, corer slicer!! It makes slicing apples a breeze. 🙂

Apple peels make me gag, so they have to be removed. Feel free to leave yours on if you like….I won’t judge. 😉

Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and softened butter together in a small bowl. Stir in pecans and set aside…..

Place peeled, cored, and thinly sliced apples in a 6-inch mini skillet or cake pan…..

YUM!!

Notes:

  • If you don’t like pecans, just leave them out or substitute almonds or walnuts.
  • To make vegan, substitute coconut oil or vegan margarine.

This delicious Apple Crisp for Two is part of my new Dinner for Two collection. It was the perfect dessert after this amazing Pub-Style Steak for two…..

I also have a full sized Apple Crisp when more servings are needed…..

and don’t forget the Vanilla Ice Cream {dairy-free}…..
