Oh ya, that definitely hit the spot!!

    Recipe Notes & Tips

    • All oven cook differently, but my Skillet Brownies for Two were perfect at 26 minutes.
    • I used bittersweet chocolate chips because I do not like super sweet chocolate. Feel free to substitute your favorite chocolate chips.
    • I tried this recipe will unsalted butter and with safflower oil, and preferred the texture with the oil over the butter...but that 's just me, use whichever you prefer.

How about a Vanilla Ice Cream {dairy-free} recipe? Mint Chip would also be amazing, I guess I should make so next time! 😉
