Ingredients

cast iron skillet

pizza dough

pizza sauce

mozzarella cheese

ounce
thin sliced ham or Canadian bacon
cut into wedges

ounces
pineapple tidbits
drained

grated Parmesan cheese
Italian parsley or cilantro
to garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Swirl 2 tablespoons of olive oil around the bottom and sides of a 12-inch cast iron skillet.
Press pizza dough into the skillet, pressing gently up the sides. Cover and set aside in a warm place to double in size, 30 to 45 minutes.
Gently press dough up the sides if is has fallen down.
Spread pizza sauce on dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce. Add slices of ham/Canadian bacon and sprinkle with pineapple tidbits.
Grate Parmesan cheese over the top of pizza and place in the oven.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Carefully remove from oven, slice and serve garnished with Italian parsley or cilantro.
