Ingredients

minced shallot

Dijon mustard

red wine vinegar

good quality balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Whisk the shallot, mustard, pepper and salt together in a bowl.
Add the olive oil and whisk until the mustard and oil blend together.
Whisk in the balsamic and red wine vinegar and continue to combine until the dressing holds together.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
This dressing will last for up to 7 days in an airtight container stored in the refrigerator.
If your dressing separates simply shake it together before using.
This dressing can also be made by placing all of the ingredients into a mason jar and shaking to combine.
