1tablespoonraspberry preservesor your favorite flavor
Instructions
Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread
Spread raspberry preserves on the second slice of bread
Place the 2 slices together and cut diagonally with a knife, cut into shapes, or simply cut in half
Serve with potato chips or fresh veggie sticks
Notes
Substitute marshmallow fluff to create a “fluffernutter” sandwich.
Use your choice of nut butter – almond, safflower seed, or cashews.
For nut allergies, substitute cream cheese.
Create your own uncrustable pbj sandwich using a sandwich cutter to remove the crusts and seal the edges. Make multiple sandwiches and freeze in zipper topped bags until ready to serve.
Sliced banana nut bread and cinnamon raisin bread are excellent bread choices as well.
