A thick and creamy Keto Caffe Mocha that is sugar-free
COBIONIC Foundation fiber powder
start out with 1 tablespoon until you get used to it
use more if you wish - substitute coconut oil if desired
pure vanilla extract
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Add the cocoa powder, fiber power, stevia, and salt to a 16 ounce mug.
Pour in the espresso and vanilla extract, stir to combine.
Add half of the steamed milk and the ghee to the mug. Stir until all of the powder is dissolved.
Add the remaining milk and foam, stir to combine and serve.
The Fiber Powder listed in the recipe is actually
– Prebiotic Blend. It makes this mocha thick and creamy, adds some sweetness and a dose of fiber.
When first using the fiber powder I highly suggest that you start with 1 Tablespoon and work up to the one scoop serving size (just under 2 Tablespoons).
It is fiber powder for a reason, it will clear out your system!!

If you do not have an espresso machine at home, you can substitute double-strength brewed coffee.
Most espresso machines sold for home use do not have enough power to steam milk. You can “froth” heated milk with a hand blender or pour your mocha into a high speed blender to mix it up.
