Ingredients
Spice Rub

beef chuck roast

barbecue sauce*

Instructions
Mix spice rub ingredients together in a small bowl, set aside.
Sprinkle spice rub over all sides of the beef chuck roast.
Place roast in slow cooker, and cook on HIGH for 6 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
Shred beef with two forks and return to the slow cooker.
Mix in the barbecue sauce and cook for an additional 30 to 60 minutes.
Store left over barbecue beef in the refrigerator for up to a week.
