cut in half - substitute cherry or diced Roma tomatoes

Salsa Ranch Dressing

ranch dressing

Instructions
Salad
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef and stir to combine.
Continue cooking until the meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onion, cheese and cilantro in a large bowl.
Add the ground beef and dressing, toss to thoroughly combine. Serve with tortilla or cheese chips if desired.
Mildly spicy, somewhat creamy, definitely crunchy and totally delicious!
Salsa Ranch Dressing
Add the ranch dressing and salsa to a glass jar. Secure the lid and shake to combine.
Store unused dressing in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Homemade Taco Seasoning
Homemade Ranch Dressing
Feel free to add your favorite toppings; corn, black beans, olives, jalapenos.
If you only need one or two servings, do not toss with the dressing. Serve dressing on the side so the salad does not get soggy.
