Ingredients
10
ounces
white chocolate
finely chopped (I used Lindt)

Tablespoons
unsalted butter
½
cup
heavy cream
1
Tablespoon
light corn syrup
½
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
¼
cup
bourbon
I used Four Roses
Cinnamon Sugar (optional)

cup
granulated sugar

Instructions
Weigh chocolate on kitchen scale to reach 10 ounces.
Finely chop chocolate and place in a large bowl with butter.
Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds.
Stir chocolate and set aside.
Heat heavy cream and corn syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat until it simmers.
Pour over chocolate mixture and let sit for 2 minutes to melt the chocolate.
Gently stir mixture together with a rubber spatula until the chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and creamy.
Gently stir in the bourbon and vanilla.
Pour into an 8 x 8 baking dish and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill.
Serve in a decorative bowl with graham crackers or gingerbread men and Cinnamon Sugar, if desired.
To make the Cinnamon Sugar:
Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
