Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Bourbon Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce* or sauce of your choice
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken*
  • 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
  • Apple Coleslaw

Instructions

  • If using a baking/pizza stone, place in cold oven and preheat oven to 500 degrees for one hour.
  • Divide pizza dough in half. Roll each half into a circle on a floured work surface.
  • Place pizza on a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Mix shredded chicken and barbecue sauce together in a bowl. Divide chicken between the two pizzas and sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheese.
  • Carefully slide pizza {including the parchment paper} onto the hot baking stone {or a baking sheet}.
  • Bake until crust is golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and top with Apple Coleslaw.
  • Slice and serve with lots of napkins.
