I have another super delicious, and super easy to make recipe for you today! This Super Easy Garlic Aioli recipe is inspired by a Bistro Burger that I ate almost four years ago when I was visiting my parents in Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho. That burger was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I went home and recreated it….immediately…..

I am convinced that the Super Easy Garlic Aioli is the magic ingredient that gives the Bistro Burger it’s over the top flavor. I wasn’t exactly sure what garlic aioli was, and the server said that it was garlic flavored mayonnaise. That was my thought as well and I came home to create my own version. Easy peasy, right?

Then a few weeks later one of the celebrity chefs was talking about garlic aioli and made a comment about how “it is not garlic flavored mayonnaise”! Wait, what? According to the chef {I think it was Bobby Flay, but I’m not positive…that was almost four years ago} it is a sauce, not a thick condiment. Hmmmm, but I like my Super Easy Garlic Aioli just the way it is!!

I tried making “real” aioli with eggs and oil, and ended up with a huge mess!! I tried it again, and still no luck. Soooo, sorry celebrity chef but I will stick to my super simple version that turns out perfect every time. 😉

How to make Super Easy Garlic Aioli:

Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl…..

Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving. Yep, definitely easier to make!!

And by the way, it tastes exactly the same as the garlic aioli served at Bistro on First, lol. Just look at this delicious Bistro Burger…..

It is also delicious on these Smashed Potato Burgers…for a Whole30 & Paleo burger option…..

Maybe someday I will finally make a perfect garlic aioli the “correct” way, or maybe not. This version works so well and I don’t have to clean the food processor, lol

***Update: I did finally perfect Easy Blender Mayonnaise for those of you that would prefer completely homemade, and it is Whole30 and Paleo compliant!***

Enjoy!!
