My dad lives three thousand miles away so we will not be getting together this Father's Day. I still have vivid memories etched into my brain of blackened chicken coming off the grill every Father's Day; "I meant to cook it that way!" Suuuuuure you did. 😉
Well he trained me well, mine usually turns out exactly the same way...that's why I stick to steaks, LOL
