The burgers have a bit of a kick from the cayenne. The sauce is packed with flavor and packs a punch depending on how much chili garlic sauce you choose to use!!! The creamy coleslaw adds a cooling element to keep them in check and take them over the top!

- The chili garlic sauce can be found in just about every grocery store in the Asian/Ethnic/International food aisle, or on Amazon.
- The chili garlic sauce is VERY spicy!! Adjust to your own tastes. You can always add more, but you can’t add less once it’s mixed in.
- If you do not have a slow-cooker, simply use a large pot or Dutch oven and cook over the lowest temperature.
- I used this 2-ounce scoop to form the mini burgers.
To make ahead of time
- Combine and form the burger/sliders and place in a container.
- Prepare the sauce and place in a separate container.
- Cover and refrigerate until the day of the party.
- Cook the burgers and add to the slow cooker with the sauce as directed.
