The burgers have a bit of a kick from the cayenne. The sauce is packed with flavor and packs a punch depending on how much chili garlic sauce you choose to use!!! The creamy coleslaw adds a cooling element to keep them in check and take them over the top!

Recipe Notes:

  • The chili garlic sauce can be found in just about every grocery store in the Asian/Ethnic/International food aisle, or on Amazon. {affiliate link}
  • The chili garlic sauce is VERY spicy!! Adjust to your own tastes. You can always add more, but you can’t add less once it’s mixed in.
  • If you do not have a slowcooker, simply use a large pot or Dutch oven and cook over the lowest temperature.
  • I used this 2-ounce scoop to form the mini burgers. {affiliate link}
