  • All ovens bake differently, times are suggestions based on how long mine took…but my oven has a mind of it’s own. Mine took the full 25 minutes to bake, this time….they took 20 last time.
  • I used Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves. They are sold in most grocery stores and are made with cherries, sugar, can sugar, concentrated lemon juice, and fruit pectin.
  • My breadmachine is so old, they don’t make them anymore. When it finally dies, this Zo is the one that I will replace it with.
  • If you do not have a stand mixer or breadmachine, you can also make this dough by hand with a big bowl and a wooden spoon…and some elbow grease.
  • In case you are wondering, that is a BOSCH stand mixer that I was using in those images. It has a lid, so I let the dough rise in the mixer instead of moving it.

Wouldn’t these Cherry Sweet Rolls be really pretty, and delicious, on Christmas morning or Valentine’s Day?
