As soon as it arrive I opened it up and poured it on a Whole 30 Breakfast Salad like a kid on Christmas….I should have ordered a pony! 🙁 It was thick and goopy, and O-M-G salty!! Part of the could be me, I do not like salt, but holy moly I almost couldn’t finish my salad!!

I had already ordered a jar of Everything Bagel Topping and decided to start working on my own version! 🙂

Everything Bagel Ranch Dressing is thick and creamy and can be adapted to multiple diets! cookingwithcurls.com

I knew that I did not want an entirely oil based dressing, mine does not have to last for 6 months in the refrigerator! So I started with my Whole 30 Ranch Dressing recipe and make a few tweaks to create this fun dressing!

How to make Everything Bagel Ranch Dressing:

Pour the milk and apple cider vinegar into a mason jar or small bowl.*

Add the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar and everything bagel seasoning…..

Add the everything bagel spice to the mayonnaise, milk, and vinegar in a mason jar cookingwithcurls.com

Shake/stir to thoroughly combine. Add the green onions, garlic, and parsley…..

Add the fresh herbs to the everything bagel ranch dressing in the jar cookingwithcurls.com

Again, shake or stir the thoroughly combine…..

Everything Bagel Ranch Dressing is not like any other ranch dressing that you have had in the past!! cookingwithcurls.com

Isn’t that fun?^^^ 🙂

Why do you add the vinegar to the milk?

*If you are using whole milk, this will create a “buttermilk” by curdling the milk.

If using almond, coconut or cashew milk, it will not curdle but is still needed for the overall flavor.

Recipe Observations:

Sooo, I placed my finished dressing in the refrigerator for a couple of hours which almost never happens!! I knew that the dehydrated onion would need time to soften, which soaked up a lot of the liquid and made the dressing thicker than I expected. I still served it as is, if you would like a thinner dressing simply add additional milk to achieve your desired consistency.

Another strange thing, it was still saltier than I was expecting. It was not nearly as salty as the Tessemae’s, but more than my personal liking. Salt is the last ingredient on the label, that’s why I was confused. Of course, it could just be me!! 😉 You can purchase the KAF Everything Bagel Topping on Amazon {affiliate links} or on their website. Amazon has free shipping!

I have not tried Trader Joe’s version, but salt was the second ingredient when I looked it up online. You can purchase theirs on Amazon if you do not have a store nearby.
