This Christmas Cookie Martini tastes like a sugar cookie with a boozy kick! A sprinkles rimmed glass filled with vanilla vodka, Baileys Irish cream, Amaretto, and half & half make a decadent dessert martini that will wow your holiday party guests!

📋 What you will need

Christmas Sugar Cookie Martini ingredients.
  • Martini Glasses dipped in Cake Drip or frosting, then coated in holiday sprinkles.
  • Vanilla Vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, and Amaretto (almond liqueur) are mixed with Half & Half to create this dessert martini.
  • Ice Cubes to chill the cocktail.

Pour some of the cake drip onto a small plate, then dip the rim of each martini glass in the cake drip.

Turn the glass a few times over the plate to remove any excess.

Pour some of the sprinkles onto a separate plate, then lightly dip each glass rim into the sprinkles to coat.

Set the glasses down gently on a plate or sheet of wax paper to set.

Pour the Baileys, vodka, amaretto, ice cubes, and half & half into a cocktail shaker.

  • Substitute half whole milk and half heavy cream for the Half & Half if needed.
  • For a dairy-free cocktail – substitute half canned coconut milk and half dairy-free milk of your choice. You will also need to find the dairy-free version of Baileys Almande made with almond milk.
  • Multiple cocktails can be made a day or two in advance and stored in an airtight pitcher in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 ounces Half & Half
  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce Amaretto almond liqueur
