Do your kids have any favorite foods? Bagel Pizzas have always been a favorite in our house. They are so simple to prepare that the kids could whip them up without supervision whenever the pizza cravings kicked in! No dough to let rise, just grab some bagels out of the refrigerator, pick your toppings and you’re ready to go…..
I have made homemade bagels in the past, but for this Bagel Pizzas recipe I decided to keep things nice and simple. I have a plan and all of this will make sense next week. Just pretend you’re ten years old and keep playing along! 😉
How to make Bagel Pizzas:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat liner and set aside. Separate/split your bagels in two and place them on the baking sheet…..
Spread pizza sauce on each bagel slice…..
Use as much sauce as you like, there are no rules with this recipe. Now you have some choices here: you can grate a block of mozzarella cheese, or you can use fresh mozzarella slices…..
and break them apart with your fingers. I used one slice of cheese for each bagel slice, then top with your pepperoni slices…..
and/or sliced olives…..
You could also use sliced mushrooms, diced bell peppers, onions, whatever your family likes on their pizzas. Next, top each pizza with grated Parmesan cheese…..
And bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling…..
Cute little pizzas with each family member’s favorite toppings in less than 30 minutes!! How awesome is that?
If you are feeling a bit more adventurous, these Pepperoni Pizza Muffins are a favorite as well…..
Feeling wild and crazy? How about Meat Lovers Pizza Rolls…..

I love that you have a whole Pinterest board devoted to pizza. We could “hang”! That fresh mozzarella is such a good idea – it tastes so delicious. I might add some basil from my garden now that I finally have some:)
My kids LOVE making pizza bagels and doing your own toppings is so fun! These look delicious Lisa! 🙂
