I paired these delicious steaks with Air Fryer Asparagus and it was the easiest meal I have made in ages!!

What you will need:

  • I used filet mignon, but any .75 to 1-inch steak will work. Adjust your time based on the thickness of you steaks; less time for thin, more time for really thick steaks. Depending on size of your air fryer basket, you can cook two to four steaks at one time. Do not overcrowd the basket, the air needs to flow freely.
  • olive oil
  • garlic pepper and sea salt seasoning, or steak seasoning of your choice. Montreal steak seasoning is another favorite.

Recipe Notes & Tips

  • I chose the Instant Vortex Plus because I know the Instant Pot brand, I have 3 of their pressure cookers! I also love the fact that the timer does not reset to the original time when you open the basket to turn the food over, and it has a large, square basket…big plus!!
