How to prepare Watermelon Fruit Salad with Honey-Citrus Dressing:

Whisk the honey, orange juice, lime juice and mint together in a small bowl. Set aside.

  • 3 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves finely chopped, plus more to garnish

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries hulled and cut in half
  • 6 ounces fresh blackberries
  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries
