A Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri is one of those cocktails that you can create any time of year. It is the perfect combination of sweet and refreshing that makes it irresistible, and it only requires simple ingredients and a blender.

Two coupe glasses filled with frozen strawberry daiquiri and garnished with a small strawberry on the rim. A cut and whole strawberry are sitting at the base with a lime half peaking out through the edge.

This is one of many fruity rum cocktails that you can find in my Tropical Rum Drinks collection!

What is a Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri made of?

a bottle of Bacardi rum laying on it's side next to a bottle of simple syrup, and bowls of strawberries and ice cubes with squeezed limes in between.

You will need white rum, I use Bacardi, fresh and frozen strawberries for best flavor profile, lime juice, simple syrup, some ice and a high speed blender.

How to make a Strawberry Daiquiri

Place the fresh and strawberries, lime juice, simple syrup and rum in a blender.

    Recipe Notes & Tips

    • To garnish with a whole strawberry, simply cut a slit into the bottom or side of the strawberry and slide over the rim of the glass.
    • For even more strawberry flavor, substitute strawberry liqueur for the simple syrup.
    • Simple syrup is equal parts water and granulated sugar heated until completely dissolved.
    • Make sure all of your ingredients are chilled to keep your drink as slushy as possible!
