I absolutely L-O-V-E creating new pizza flavors! I wanted a really easy to prepare pizza that you could throw together any night of the week, that wasn’t too complicated. This is “that” pizza!

We are not cooking the shrimp in a pan ahead of time, it goes on raw and cooks in the oven. There is no sauce, the lemon zest, garlic, and cheeses do the job beautifully!

📋 What you will need

Pizza dough, oil, shredded cheeses, garlic, raw shrimp, lemon, and parsley in white bowls.
  • prepared pizza dough – it is best to make your dough a day or two in advance so the dough has time to relax. I used my favorite Italian Pizza Dough for this recipe.
