Depending on where you live, you may not be able to find Greek seasoning in your local grocery store. Making your own solves this problem!

I have used many variations of these spices over the years in my Greek Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs, Greek Pork Chops, whole Roasted Greek Chicken, and Sheet Pan Greek Chicken Dinner.

I decided it was time to create one, all-purpose seasoning blend that would be ready to go whenever I needed to add some Greek flavor to a meal!
