Are you ready for some footbaaaaaall? How about some football food? I am in full on football food mode over here, even though I know absolutely nothing about the game. I just like creating fun party foods and hanging out with friends. This Buffalo Chicken Pizza is another one of those ideas that popped into my head last year, and is finally making its way to the party table.

Doesn’t that look delicious? Bubbly, melted mozzarella, celery sticks, Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce {holy crap that stuff is hot!!}, and some shredded rotisserie chicken make this pizza so simple to prepare!

What you will need

  • Homemade Pizza Dough, Italian Pizza Dough, or store-bought.
  • Red Hot Sauce – I used Franks Red Hot Sauce but feel free to use your favorite.
  • Mozzarella Cheese is my favorite, but a combination of smoke gouda and provolone would be delicious as well.
  • Crumbled Blue Cheese adds a salty, tangy taste to this pizza reminiscent of chicken wings.
  • Thinly sliced celery sticks are another traditional flavor and they add a bit of whimsy, but can also be served on the side along with ranch dressing to cool things down.
