    Recipe Notes & Tips

    • I love the flavor combination of the Gruyere and mozzarella cheeses, but feel free to play with other types of cheese that you like.
    • Yes you can use larger shrimp if you prefer. Simply place the peeled, deveined shrimp in the garlic butter mixture and cook until pink and opaque.

    Recipe modifications:

    • Feel free to add chopped green onions or Italian parsley to the cheese mixture.
    • For a true shrimp scampi flavor, add a tablespoon white wine to the skillet when you add the shrimp.
    • You can always add more garlic and/or lemon for even more flavor.

Tools used to create shrimp grilled cheese:

    • Air Fryer
    • Box Grater
    • Microplane Grater for the Parmesan cheese.
    • Garlic Rocker
    • Small and Large Skillets
