This Mixed Berry Yogurt Parfait is a great way to start the day. Layers of Greek yogurt, mixed fresh berries and slightly sweet and crunchy granola is easy to make and can be made ahead of time for a delicious breakfast, snack, or dessert anytime of day!

Ingredients needed

Ingredients needed to make mixed berry yogurt parfait.
  • Greek yogurt – full-fat, 2% or non-fat
  • Honey to sweeten and pure vanilla extract to flavor the yogurt
  • Granola – I used Homemade Vanilla Almond Granola but store-bought will work as well
  • Fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries – or berries of your choice

How to make mixed berry yogurt parfait

Mix the yogurt, honey and vanilla together until smooth and well combined.

Spoon .25 cup of yogurt into four, small dessert glasses or Mason jars.

Sprinkle .25 cup of granola over the yogurt.

Recipe Notes & Tips

  • For vegan parfaits – use coconut yogurt and substitute agave nectar or maple syrup for the honey.
  • These parfaits are gluten-free if using certified gluten-free oats. Double-check the package if needed.
  • If using flavored yogurt, skip the vanilla and probably the honey. Check the label to see if sugar has been added.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt I used Fage 5%.
  • 1 tablespoon honey agave nectar or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla almond granola homemade or store-bought
  • .75 cup sliced strawberries
  • 0.5 cup raspberries
  • 0.5 cup blueberries

  1. ?Question: you say to mix the yogurt, honey and vanilla first, but the ingredients list doesn’t have an amount for the honey and vanilla. How much do you use?
