How to make Frozen Peach Margaritas
Rub lime wedge along the edge of your glass and dip the glass upside down into sugar or salt on a small plate.
In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and super-fine sugar or simple syrup.
Blend until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a splash of water. If it is too thin, add a few ice cubes. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness with more sweetener if needed.
Pour the peach puree into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and / or fresh peach slices, if desired and serve immediately.
You can use colored sugar, fine sugar, coarse sugar crystals, whatever you have in the pantry is just fine.
