The packing is almost finished…almost! The moving truck arrives tomorrow, we load on Saturday, and drive off into the sunset. Doesn’t that sound like fun? Reality check… it is a 2 day, 2,000+ mile drive to the new Casa de Curls. I cannot wait for all of these boxes to go away and finally be able to cook again and add to these 25 Southwest Recipes!!
